From looking at Arsene Wenger's transfer history at Arsenal F.C he has to undoubtedly one of the best mangers in the beautiful game. He has made some of the biggest profits on his players and sold them at the right time to benefit Arsenal F.C. Lets take Nicholas Anelka for example, Wenger signed him at the mere age of 17 from Paris St German for the fee of £500,000. After making Anelka a world renowned super star sold him to F.C Real Madrid for the amazing fee of £23,000,000. The money from this transfer help Arsenal F.C to make the super Arsenal Colony fitness centre/ training ground.
In terms of buying and selling he is the best manger in the world, he even makes profit too. He has a better record then Sir Alex, Jose Mourinho, Carlo Ancelotti, and even the new England manager Fabio Capello. He just has that amazing talent of purchasing talent and letting them move on when their talent diminishes.Look at Marc Overmars sold to F.C. Barcelona in the summer of 2000 for £25, 000, 000. If you look at his career after Arsenal F.C his career has declined. This is same for Lauren, Petit, Anelka, Kanu, Lyungberg ,Cygan, Wright and F. Jeffers.It should be noted to that he has made some awful signings to such as Wright, Reyes, F. Jeffers and Cygan.
